This privacy policy describes how your personal data is collected, used and protected when you visit the website valeris.fr. b) Technical data collected automatically

When you visit the website, Cloudflare's servers automatically collect certain technical data in server logs: IP address, date and time of the request, pages viewed, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL (referrer).

This data is processed by Cloudflare as part of its hosting and security services (DDoS attack protection, performance optimisation).

c) Security verification (Cloudflare Turnstile)

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a verification service designed to distinguish human submissions from automated ones. This service operates without placing cookies on your device. Cloudflare may process certain technical data (IP address, browser information) to carry out this verification.

  • EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework: Adequacy decision of the European Commission dated 10 July 2023.
  • Standard contractual clauses (SCCs): Where applicable, transfers are safeguarded by the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission and recognised by the FDPIC.
